I liked it very much, but it's frustrating not being able to explain even a single word about what I’ve just watched.
The movie makes it very obvious that what we see is a movie set and that such a universe does not exist in reality. Which makes it difficult to get into the movie.
Alex, who consciously chooses evil, is so caricatured that rather than choosing evil and good, he seems to be a character with no will, who first does evil out of his madness and then does good out of his painful conditioning. Which takes away the main point pretty much imo.
Unfortunately, it's a disappointment compared to the book.
