before going into the cinema to watch this, i was empty-handed and expected nothing from this film, but i knew it will be beautiful. it is beautiful to the point that it took me back to the childhood i wanted, not the childhood i actually experienced. watching this film was gut-wrenching, i didn't know where it was going nor if it will really end—honestly, i didn't want it to end.
