Such great acting all round, wow... so so devastating. Thought the constant, sudden cuts between the Sacklers and then the community in West Virginia/ personal stories were really impactful and the jumping back/forth in time was a nice touch. Ultimately leaves you feeling pretty deflated :/

- stark imbalance in character dev :(presented interesting questions on measuring one's success and how different people want to prove it but, ultimately, felt there wasnt anything particularly special about the film; the storyline was filled with quite a few clichés; and the trailer was certainly more of a tear-jerker.
