I know now why Kieran Culkin won the Oscar. It was almost like he was playing himself but with a deep sense of sadness behind his eyes. I think Jesse Eisenberg’s second feature film is impressive in my eyes. He is a talented writer. I really think I did get the movie and what the title means. We all endure different types of pain in life. Many beautiful moments in this one.

Very unique. I definitely haven’t seen anything quite like it. Bong Joon-ho is one of those directors that always adds some unexpected twists and strange elements in his films. I thought this film was very funny and smart as well. There were many underlying themes about the state of the world right now. Robert Pattinson’s range is also brilliant.

David O. Russell does it again. The characters were strong and the story was a wild ride. I love the chaotic energy Russell is always able to perfectly capture. Christian Bale's performance was special, especially in the final scene of the film.
