    Typically this type of feel and story is my sort of thing: adventuring out into the wilderness to find peace and discover yourself through nature and natural beauty. Into the Wild touches on that often but, throughout Chris’ journey, he meets a lot of various people that teach him more about himself or help him learn that happiness is really found in the people you share it with.

    Similar to Nomadland, this film has this aura to it that feels…lonely?…

    BlacKkKlansmen has been on the list for a while and I finally got around to it. Didn’t know much about it besides the premise which I thought was incredibly intriguing. In fact, what I expected was something more…visceral?

    Not very often have I seen such a poignant, heavy film such as this that manages to be so incredibly moving without shoving disturbing elements down your throat to translate the despair and trouble some people or characters go through.     I’ve never been a fan of this franchise. Since I haven’t reviewed the previous two films on Letterboxd, I’ll spill my thoughts on the series as a whole considering this is the last.
