  One of the worse films I've seen in a long time. It's a pretty call concept but all the characters either act dumb or are dumb.
  I enjoyed the change in lighting when you saw the real person inside the bodies that was about it. There is a psycho girl that comes out of left field and yet the worse person in the film ends up being Shelby because her boyfriend doesn't like her.

  I remember being in awe of this film when I first watched it. I think since the release of this film many tried to copy its essence and failed miserably.

  The soundtrack perfectly encapsulates the film and is probably why I like it so much.

  Maybe I should give this film another chance?

  It looks incredible thanks to Hoyte van Hoytema behind the camera the day for night shots look immaculate. Daniel Kaluya is great and so is Steven Yen who plays an interesting character, I wish we concentrated more on this angle.

  It was the ending that turned me off the most, I guess I just didn't get it and overall didn't care for it. The so called tension that had built up collapses and I couldn't care if they succeeded or not.

  I would give it 5 stars for cinematography alone but Jared Leo bores the hell out of me and ruins the film. Love is the true villain I get that should have just concentrated on her and had Wallace as an illusive figure not seen on screen.

  Special shout out to the sound design I knew it was going to be something special from the first scene. Nothing like the body of Dave Bautista hitting the floor to get you into a film.
