Love Verhoeven and have always held this film in very high esteem, though I haven’t revisited in well over a decade.

This movie is pretty much entirely composed of scenes where two deeply insecure men try and make small talk. Thankfully the two men in question, Colin Burgess and Anthony Oberbeck play off each other wonderfully, and any interaction between them is the perfect level of strained and ineffectual.
