The boyfriend is awful. He's like oh my girlfriend is doing something she cares about and she's good at it? Time to make her feel guilty about seeking fullfillment outside of just hanging out with me all day! The female characters in the movie are GREAT! They are deep and complex and flawed the way real people are! Its also a fun watch!
