Genuinely might be one of the worst films I’ve seen this year, and perhaps one of the worst culinary films around. Bradley Coopers character is maybe the epitome of what a terrible, egotistical chef could be yet the film rewards his behaviour with zero nuance or self reflection. Purely in a linear sense the film has bad writing, looks like shit or at best is uninspired. The film has quite poor performances throughout and is generally when it’s not been cringe as fuck it is monumentally boring
