There are few horror movies that manage to bore me.
The characters and dialogue were uninteresting and if the movie was trying to build tension through a complete lack of human emotion it fell flat.
The characters acted however the script demanded them to for the next event to trigger without any real thought behind their eyes.

This review may contain spoilers. I can handle the truth.
I saw the child with the Hannibal Lecter mask and I clicked… it was not what I expected at all.
The first 20 minutes were easily the high point of the film for me.
Then the mystery was gone and it was a zombie movie. It told a unique story for a zombie movie but not in a particularly good way, the ending scene was particularly silly but a lot of the film felt like filler after leaving the facility.
