    Maaaan! That was such a compelling drama. I really enjoy the premise of the movie. It touches a very sensitive topic such as race relationships and interracial kids at a time when these topics where very controversial. Yeah, it may have it's outdated elements, but in the context of the movie, it's quite corageus.

    This may be an unpopular opinion, I think. The Dracula of Hammer Studios is my favourite adaptation Bram Stoker's novel. Despite it's many deviations, I think is the one film that best encapsulates the tone, spirit and general storyline of the book. Despite it's many deviations.

    Fun history, when the sound films started rising they founded a big problem. How are we gonna bring this movies to the international market? Dubbing wasn't a thing then and the US relied on the Latin American public for his distribution. Because of these problems, they jsut opted to make two versions of teh same movie simultainiously, one in english and the other one in spanish.
