Mickey 17 2025
This movie had me confused on whether I loved it or was it just so weird. Like the visual and story line was so unique and different. Which made you really engulfed in it. The follow up for Bong Joon-ho from parasite was difficult and I don't think it matched, but ignoring that this movie really striked something where it manage to capture real human behaviour but in such a unique light.
And I think we all found that one scene so like wtf but funny in some weird way and just shows how unique the movie was because I don't ever remember something like that.Translated from by -

This movie really was that ultimate slice-of-life satisfying movie which shows the journey of an adolescent. It really did capture it all without even trying, yes pretty American adolescent but makes sense because duh American movie , but still it managed to hold you throughout even though it was a slow burner. With it having some impactful scenes and some shots which really show so much more than what the characters are saying. The actors and especially Didi, were perfect and fulfilled their role to its full potential.

The movie did amazing for its story telling and pacing, with coming both the development between Sivakarthikeyan and sai pallavi, which made the audience really attached to them. However, it still kept alive the patriotic, action combat scene which had its own story playing out in parallel. With both actor's having amazing performances, especially sai pallavi. The director did amazing at keeping both themes flowing to show commitment both actors had, with no unnecessary scenes or lines.

Pushpa 2 - The Rule 2024
This was just a fun stupid movie. It was carried by allu Arjun, rashmika and ofc fahadh faasil. With all three giving the movie comedic scenes and engaging action sequences.
I think this movie could have been amazing and lived up to the first movie if they just focused more on the story and less on trying to have something happen every second on screen to keep the audience engaged, because the storyline really started to be questionable with me asking what even are they building to.
