A seminal documentary regarding the state of the art world and (more importantly) the art market in the late 2000s. A perfect successor to the Beautiful Losers documentary.
I am constantly intrigued by the refusal to believe that this documentary is 100% true as it stands. It's no Banksy "prank." It's just how it is in the art world right now. I think people find that fact to be unbelievable, which makes this film all the more poignant and hilarious.…
Fantastic, old-school spy thriller with heart, poise, intrigue, and Hellen Mirren (along with a fantastic supporting cast). Mossad in the 60s in a split Berlin was very well-done. Timeline weaving was very nice; they treated the flashback as a real flashback instead of trying some story-telling trickery. This film is adult, it is paced, and early-era spycraft is so refreshing after so much Bourne fantasy.
This is quite possibly my favorite movie of all time. Mel Brooks is a genius. 80s comedy and satire at its absolute best.
This review may contain spoilers. I can handle the truth.
This fuckin shit was terrible and all you people that liked it are sad morons.
I LOVE slap-stick comedy, I LOVE body fluid jokes, AND I love fucking sappy chick flicks. This movie just sucked, though.
Homegirl taking a shit in the street was pretty hilarious, though; I'll give it that.
