This is a confusing movie. I watched it on TV in March 2025 and then looked at the notes about it as well. It has some great scenes about multiple different crime stories that add up in Los Angeles. There are some crazy scenes and a well known cast. Things are out of order so just beware of that.

    Rand University

    ★★★½

I watched this in March 2025 on Netflix. It is under 1 hour and pretty good. Randy Moss was such a dominating force on the gridiron. He has some past issues, even though some others might get off on it more and rules changed about drug charges. The Emirates From Above

This short documentary I watched on a flight and it was great. I liked how they provided history as to the oil exploration in the 1950s to the 7 emirates of the country. They didn’t talk much about oil but more into the Pearl industry, camels in the desert, wildlife in the country, the big cities of Dubai and Abu Dhabi along with the future. The leaders realize they cannot rely on oil and gas wealth to keep the country going so they’ve diversified into newer green energy, tourism, transportation and real estate to expand their global footprint. Jeremy Irons does a great job at narrating.

I saw this in theaters and thought it was pretty funny. How to take a major dork and turn him into this popular new guy in a Texas high school. The good part that I could say is helpful was helping fight off bullies in the humorous way. I thought Eliza Dushku had a great role in the movie.
