Nice tension and pace. Rachel & Cillian are great. Great Wes flourishes, especially the last 20 mins. Extra half star for being 76 mins sans credits, that is astonishing.

The Brutalist 2024
Genuinely epic, albeit with some flaws. Incredible visuals and pace, amongst a number of brilliant performances. Close to 3 impeccable hours, however the last 40 minutes is a bit rushed and patched together compared to the rest of the film. Whether fair or not, I’m holding it to the highest of standards given the films it’s both influenced by and that it reminds me of. The true greats. In short; how good are buildings.
