Enjoyed this more than expected. Probably could have used subtitles at parts - but was really impressed by the three nominated actors. All were well deserved for their performances, singing included. Seemed much more genuine than other glossy music biopics and was nice to confine it to a relatively short era of his life.

Not sure what I was expecting, but this movie was much sadder. Felt emo but didn't cry through the movie, but that last scene fucking broke me.
Such a beautiful exploration of a relationship. I found the time jumping to be a really effective mechanism and was well-paced.
