Shudder does it again, this time it’s with ASH; a slow burn sci-fi horror movie about a woman who travels to a different planet for research and all hell breaks loose. It’s beautifully shot, trippy both visually and sonically (the sound design for this movie was excellent) and keeps you on your toes the whole time. I really enjoyed the way they told this story (I’m a sucker for well done in media res) and Eiza González is great as the main character. While it’s not perfect, it’s still a really solidly good watch
