“WE ARE IN THE BOREDOM-KILLING INDUSTRY”
Sad but true. Everything they said about television is still relevant but more relevant and accurate when it comes social media today. The problems they discuss have only gotten worse and that’s backbone of the film. Everyone is a villain in this movie, just some more than others. Although, I am in the so called “boredom-killing industry”, stories like this is what makes stories worth telling and worth revealing the dark side of humanity.Translated from by -
Do the Right Thing 1989
Unfortunately one of the most relevant movies to date. This movie is a slice of real authentic life with the purest form of verbal comedy. At the same time it makes you feel every single emotion. One of the reasons I love this movie is because of how almost every character in every argument has a valid point. The sad part is the lack of compromise and understanding that we still struggle with today. Unity is the only path to peace. Spike Lee the GOAT!!!!!!

Fun and impressive! Has the comedic charm of Beetlejuice, if not better (I think better). The gory special effects can not only be realistic and sickening but they can also add to the irony and humor. Underrated as hell, more people should know about this film. (he shoulda said “like in a coma?” and she coulda said “dead!” before he said “dead?”)
