It just felt a bit confused to me, it’s symbolism was very blatant (no problem with that) the story was pretty much a fable (no problem with that) and the humor was dark and R rated (no problem with that) somehow it just didn’t make a good blend for me. Idk.

Can not fathom how soulless and cringe this movie is. How can one make body horror, cult, rape, food etc so boring? The same 3 jokes repeat themselves to the point of exhaustion. At some point I really thought I am being made fun of for sticking through this horse shit of a movie.
The actors are directed to be such boring robotic pieces of meat, and yes. “Artistic choice” well what a boring one at that. So uninterested in any type of meaning. Who is this movie depicting and for whom is it made? Definitely not for me.Translated from by -
