Definitely my favourite multiverse film. It’s everything wanted from not only a Miles Morales origin story, but a spider-verse film. The animation style is iconic and holds up throughout the film, which I believe is more than can be said for the sequel. This one is full of emotional peaks and Miles’ redemption following the leap of faith is a sequence not to forget.

The Amazing Spider-Man 2 2014
Heavily overhated, this movie is probably my favourite Spider-Man film - Electro’s origin, graphics and score is all phenomenally done, the action sequences are incredible, and Garfield’s and Stone’s performances are perfect for their characters. Honestly, I can fault the film.

Genuinely not sure how to feel about this one… I enjoy the pacing and the storytelling of it, but it was strange to see how an innocent civilian doing good honest work became this semi-maniacal murderer, despite getting the loving happy ending. But, a good film nonetheless.
