    Dear Wicked,

I had zero intentions of sitting down with you, but my wife and kids were curious. So I gave you a chance and... You made me remeber that I can't do musicals. I mean, Popstar: Never Stop, Never Stopping is one exception to this rule, but for some reason, I can't stand the vibes.

Still, everyone over at Sony Santa Monica seem so nice!

    The Interview

    ★★½

The Interview is a mixed bag. From its simple but effective concept and its intriguing story, things look promising without looking ground-breaking. The whole thing chews through its runtime, swimming in the pool of clichés from its noir genre. Aside from a strong performance from Hugo Weaving, the whole thing sadly feels like it never finds its identity. Right from the get-go, the looks and feel of the film feel like a compilation of everything wrong with the 90's. From…
