The Dead Zone 1983
This review may contain spoilers. I can handle the truth.
I decided to revisit this for the first time in years.
As a teen, The Dead Zone was perhaps my favourite of King’s books, and I remember having high expectations before watching this film - given also the involvement of Cronenberg and Walken. At the time, I remember being quite disappointed by it, and I was wondering if watching it again –a decade later- would evoke the same reaction. And in some ways it did.
