The little brother of Fast Times. Just like Sean to Chris Penn, almost literally. Even sharing Cameron Crowe as a writer, and Eric Stoltz as an actor. A Real Pain 2024
The holocaust scene really got to me. Even watching it secondhand, from the comfort of my own apartment, and not actually there. Seeing where it actually happened in the concentration camp sequence, very emotional without much dialogue or music. Eisenberg knew how well to play up certain tones in multiple scenes. The awkward, the amusing irony, the family drama, and especially somber moments.
