this is such a classic. and holds up really well for over a 40 year old film. one thing though. indy doesn’t seem to far much about collateral damage. he’ll do what ever he can to get ahold of some artefacts, just to be hidden away by the us army. i wonder if in the kingdom of the crystal skull can ya see its box anywhere in the back ground

Dune 1984
like i tried to watch this from a stand-alone point, and not compare it to the new ones. but i just can’t. like the story wasn’t done right. felt so rushed at times. like the first half of the film covers the same shit at dune part 1, but even that it doesn’t cover everything in it. like paul’s vision when there saying the spice harvesters never happened. and i felt that’s a key scene. and then don’t get me…

Surprisingly brilliant. was supposed to go to bed, but me and fred ended up staying up til 1am watching it. couldn’t look away. the action was great. with some very funny moments. the actor for lamb did a great job of portraying a physcopath. the main women also did a great job throughout. how she was saved at the end i didn’t like. can’t remember the name of the contract killer. but him surviving and saving her just didn’t make sense.
