  the ending of this film is an absolute masterpiece:

  how she slowly realizes he is telling her story, how intimate their last conversation is, how she can’t recognize his voice at first because “every man has his voice”, how their reflection overlaps in the glass when she turns off the light and how she describes the sacrifices of motherhood by saying “I did't want to use him to fill all my emptiness”
