Above average early 80s fantasy from the god of squeezing every penny from a budget, Albert Pyun.
That it’s never massively clear who characters are, or what they’re doing doesn’t detract from the enjoyment is testament to the fun that you’re having.

Mortal Kombat 2021
I've been playing MK games since 92 when I first saw it in the arcade and then got the SNES version and have been playing right up to the recent MK11. I apologetically kind of love the original film and kind of hate the sequel.

There’s even a scene with pretty much the entire cast talking in a club that feels like an action scene because of the way it’s shot and cut. Phenomenal.
Find the biggest screen you can and just let it roll over you, what an experience.
PS, take a shot every time someone says “the entity”. 😂
