  Man, this is what they thought 2019 would look like in the 80s?😅

  Pretty underwhelming and kind of a snooze fest. A lot of questionable things happened for seemingly no reason. I hope 2049 is better.

  Parasite 2019

  This was a highly anticipated film for me and I loved it. This is my second Bong Joon Ho movie after Snowpiercer, which I liked a lot, but Parasite is just levels above it. 

  This movie is about flawless, and is everything I look for in a movie. The picture is stunning, the character development is compelling, and the plot continues to progress with a great ending.

  Definitely worth a watch, don’t let the subtitles turn you away from this film. I look forward to watching more BJH.

  Does this deserve to be the highest rated film on Letterboxd?? Inconclusive.

  The Godfather 1972

  The Godfather lived up to the hype for me. I understand why it’s such a classic.

  Was debating how to rank this film, but if I made it anything less than 5 stars, I wouldn’t be able to tell you why. From beginning to end, I loved it.

  The character development really pulls you into the plot and gets you so invested in the Corleone family. 

  Only knock is that I expected/wanted more of Don Vito. He wasn’t really in…
