I Saw the TV Glow 2024
Saw this two weeks ago and it’s been sticking with me the whole time. This movie just punches you in the gut in a really good way(?) if I were the type of person who made top ten lists this is a movie I’d consider.

The Informer 1935
Probably the most Catholic movie I’ve ever seen (and I have seen the passion of the Christ). Both a movie about guilt and forgiveness plus it’s just extremely gorgeous. I was told this was ford just wearing his German expressionist influences on his sleeve and that is definitely the case, it borrows heavily from M and thanks to a low budget the cheap sets add to the mood. Both a favorite of Spielberg and Scorsese you can absolutely see why.
