So beautiful, so tasteful, so french. Agnès Varda completely blows me away with this.
Reminds me of the time I watched Before Sunrise and how that made me feel like I was experiencing the love from the characters directly, walking with them and feeling all kinds of emotions with them.
Cléo from 5 to 7 establishes exposition and the story itself in such a natural way that it engulfs oneself in that time period, what a film to begin my journey through Varda’s filmography!
Don’t let the runtime scare you, must watch.
