Alien 1979
ALIEN came out in theaters when I was 9. My parents were the type where there was no way I was going to be able to see this movie during my childhood. Oddly enough, those same parents bought me ALL the Alien merch instead (which I sadly no longer have). I think that was probably my Mom. I read and did my high school senior year term paper on Conrad's Heart of Darkness. I hadn't seen Apocalypse Now until years after I had submitted said paper.
