Caught this via Criterion's Masc collection, which continues to deliver bangers. Always refreshing to see documentation of someone, decades ago, twisting the entire concept of gender into a pretzel. Crushing it as a tupperware lady feels like a middle finger to the expectations of her punk past, while simultaneously delivering a middle finger to the 1950s housewife expectations of the job with her laser-precise flat top and pee-wee herman suit.

Space Sweepers 2021
Lots of fun, great art direction, echos of Cowboy Bebop but goofier. Marred by rough editing that makes following action scenes difficult ("Wait, they got back on the ship? How??"). Lovable characters don't quite balance out some bad plot points but it's still fun. *SPOILER* Robot is trans though, so that's nice.
