  Very entertaining film about the social jungle of high school in America.  The comedy was a bit diluted by a play time that I think was 10 to 20 minutes too long.

  Very entertaining when it is being silly and self referential.  However the switch to serious feminist commentary often feels like a clunky change of gears.  Margot Robbie is wonderful as Barbie.

  A wonderful film that is both very funny and very moving simultaneously rather than sequentially.  Such a welcome change from so many productions by the New Zealand film industry where depictions of morbidly dysfunctional relationships seem to be mandated.

  A bitter disappointment following on from Superman 2.  Ridiculous and forgettable plot.  Who knew that a sign of Superman going bad is that he stops shaving? Which then begs the question how does the Man of Steel shave in the first place?
