  Ok, so, this DVD was one of a few I grabbed from my dad's collection when my mom was moving from our old house. It was sealed, so he never watched it. Literally no idea where he got his hands on it, but it wasn't unusual for him to get free random crap at conventions through his large web of indie artist connections.

  Is this... is this just Hamlet with rats?

  This was an enjoyable if unsatisfying 70s campy TV movie.   This psudeodocumentary is pure weaponied stupidity. Zak uses an attempted suicide and a legitimate psychotic break as evidences of the "curse" of this house. In the first 20 minutes, a house inspector tells him there is black mold in the attic and possibly a gas leak, and they just kind of... brush past that?? Seems like that would explain the health problems that "suddenly occur" throughout the doc.
