  I’ll be thinking about this one for a few days yet. What a completely unique film. Without a plot or main characters and dialogue that is mainly background chatter, the whimsy, physical comedy, gags and incredible sets put a smile on my face as I revelled in the chaos and the weirdly wonderful encounters.

  Being cooped up during a pandemic will make you do some scary things. Seriously worth the watch just for Mia Goth’s acting as the end credits roll. The saturated colours and sentimental music just add to the garish, hallucinatory quality of this excellent horror film.

  An eerie and heartfelt film about the mysteries our parents present to us: Can we ever really know these people who are the closest to us? Tilda Swinton pulls off a neat trick playing mother and daughter, using her not inconsiderable acting talents to subtly differentiate between both characters. Very atmospheric!
