  The whole cast gives a stunning performance, with Ian shining in a role that allows him to be both gregarious and horrendous truly showcasing a struggle many must have endured under the thumb of homophobic England. But in a time in film where directors struggle to nail down the length of a film, I thought this would have benefited from additional runtime.

  This feels like a movie that will and should define the horror genre for the next 5 years. Incredibly shot, well acted, and feels like a wonderful adaptation of a story everyone knows but in a fresh way. While I do think Orlok is down bad, I can’t deny his swagger. Also no cats being harmed, sign me up.
