Very technically impressive (use of AI notwithstanding). Adrien Brody is totally absorbing in the central role and the portrayal of his character’s emotional destruction is believable throughout.
The pre intermission section is superior to the post. No particular problem with the length, but I feel as though it somewhat loses steam towards the end - the scene in the Italian quarry being the epitome of that.
