CODA 2021
I really enjoyed this movie - well cast, shot and an unique view into a world I don't know much about. That stated it seemed to lack what I'd expect in a Best Picture. I think some of the conflicts seemed to resolve more as you'd would guess. The story seemed to lack some of the grit, confusion and unresolved disappointment of real life events or at least their details. Still it was an uplifting story & found myself rooting for the main characters much like in Rocky or Marnie & a host of others.
