The saving grace for me with this film was the cinematography. Absolutely stunning colors, shots, angles; the whole nine.
Nic Cage was ugly as hell (in a good way), I never felt a connection to the main character at all, and once the mother is first revealed on screen I had it all figured out.
Glad I saw it with some friends or else it would’ve been a waste of a Warehouse Ticket (They also didn’t scan my ticket when I saw this so I wasted $16 when I could’ve snuck in 🤣)
