Anora 2024
Better movie than I was expecting. Was definitely a lot of sex and that type of deal so if you aren’t into movies with that, it’s probably not the one for you. Once the plot starts to develop past the initial stages, it’s an interesting story to say the least. I kind of would have liked to see it end a little differently (no spoilers but Ani perusing legal action). The start was fun as well, but the middle hour is the star of it. 3.7/5.

Captain America: Brave New World 2025
Not sure how to feel about it. Parts of it were definitely cool, and the idea of the plot is too. The acting and writing are both meh to bad at times. But it’s better than some of marvels recent outputs lately (Black Widow). Don’t think I’ll be eager to rewatch it, but also was enjoyable enough to sir through it.
