Barbie 2023
really enjoyed the movie . it started off super exciting and i was really impressed with the first half. the visuals, the story telling, the disappointment when barbie finds out how real life is like… it left me emotional, laughing and introspective.
at the end, the way everything was resolved felt abit underwhelming to me, and the direction of it felt… confused—like they didn’t really know how they wanted to convey their message, so they just ended up doing it…
