  Yeah there’s plot threads that could’ve been cut to make it more concise. I understand why people find it to be Bong Joon-ho‘s weakest film but even still it’s a solid film. Though I can say I am disappointed that it’s not a masterpiece.

  Solid film but I wish the romance was a bit more fleshed out and the villain to not be on autopilot. Had the same problem with Rocky 6. Hope the follow ups improve on that
