  One of the best Filipino films of the 1950s. The story was about a common man hired by Haring(King) Kobra since they looked identical, his task was to go back to the kingdom in the guise of Haring Kobra to prevent the woman that he loved from marrying the very man who betrayed him and hath cast him to exile.   A worthy and well-recommended film for the youth. The theme is always relevant throughout whatever generation, just like the title literally implies it's about the "thirst of freedom" of the youth. Teens not listening to their decent parents who only want what's best for their children. Nothing bad about the film nor does it have anything profound, just a decent moral story.
