In Flames 2023
I really enjoyed the drama aspects of this film, unfortunately the horror aspects were disappointing and not always necessary. I think this film would have been much better if it prioritised the themes around patriarchy, life for a young woman in Pakistan and her mental health over reducing some of those elements into a generational curse.
