  Such a smart Tv show... the characters are written with dialogue that purposefully evokes the style of the melodramatic shows of the time. The acting is amazing, (agent cooper, leland Palmer, and windom earle come to mind) although I felt like sheriff Truman’s acting fell a little flat sometimes:/ This show also had this amazing layer of mystery that really tied everything together. Unfortunately it ends on a cliffhanger due to its cancellation, but for some reason I think that this may have been better than what I’d expect from a proper ending. Anyway, I can’t wait to watch the new reboot

  Love me some Mel. There was a lot of good themes to the story and I liked the characters but there’s definitely something about M. Night’s directing that throws me off. Although the pacing with the aliens was D E N K
