  How convenient, that the protagonist is only meeting English speaking artists - and Buñuel.
  Where the f*ck are the French artists? I watched this movie because I hoped to see some bad interpretation of André Breton. All I got was a cheesy toxic love story. My bad, should have known better. Silver lining: Paris is still beautifully depicted here. The city, not its residents.

  Typical dance- and lgbtq-movie-tropes. But they were put together in a decent way. Great camera, visually beautiful, no surprises. I liked it, though. Don't expect anything unexpected and you'll enjoy this film.

  Ein Psychogramm über einen narzisstischen Dealer: Hier wurde wohl nicht erzählt, was man eigentlich erzählen wollte. Die Hauptfigur Francis wird gegenüber Reinhold (eigentlich als supportive act angelegt) vernachlässigt. On top findet sich hier eines der unangenehmsten Cringe-Voice-Overs aller Zeiten.
