so i was hesitant to rewatch this for silly reasons: i kept thinking "it's kind of cringey, it gives me second hand embarrassment" but because this is a movie i've seen SO many times in my childhood i practically have it memorized, i decided to rewatch it because i wanted to. simple as that. and i'm glad i did. i still love this movie. the central theme is family, and emphasizes that you don't have to be related by blood…
a vastly underrated disney sequel methinks. also one of those rare instances in which the sequel is significantly better than the first movie

many things happened in this movie but my only thought that comes to mind repeatedly is that sparrowhawk is a DILF
edit: this is four stars mainly for sparrowhawk and the gorgeous animation lol everything else was okay at best
I cannot stress enough how much I love this movie. it beats twilight out of the goddamn water. perhaps the best movie out of the entire saga
