A tense, slow 85-minute build of three dead-beat brothers, one who just got out of gaol today, drinking at their mum's house, ruining every relationship with the women in their lives, and then deciding to make things worse.

Very lower socio-economic white Australia in the 90s.

Can't help but compare this to Wolfs because it's also an Apple movie about two Ocean 11 alums doing odd couple crime stuff in between bickering. And I also happened to watch them back to back.

This one was more fun to watch. Rather than the suave and cool Wolfs, this was two dipshits from Boston, screwing up over and over.

Better action scenes. Better pacing. And funnier lines between the characters.

This movie is bad. Don't look at who made it.

Something about these cold, emotionless, slow sci-fi epics on a boring planet where the son of royalty has magic powers and is, by prophecy, the chosen one (and therefore never in danger) doesn't do it for me.

I may be a philistine, but I'd rather watch Pandora than Sandora.

Also I found it weird that aliens in the future would look exactly like modern humans and have names like Paul and Duncan.

I haven't read the books, but every part of this felt predictable.
