Great movie that stays mostly true to musical, and helps fill in holes with dialogue. Only this is that it’s a bit long, but that just happens when there’s a lot to unpack.

Mufasa: The Lion King 2024
Overall, the movie is pretty terrible. The music was really mid, and seemed forced. It takes forever to get going, and you’re randomly yanked out of the story by Pumba and Timon. Rafiki was the goat as per usual, and was the only one to add depth to the story.

The Wild Robot 2024
I first had this book read to me in third grade by my amazing teacher Ms Rose, so I had high expectations for this film. It is safe to say, it did not disappoint.
I quite liked the art style chosen, and although it’s been awhile, I believe it stayed mostly true to the book. It had a great mix of action, laughs, and emotion.
Overall, I think it’s a great watch for the family and a great film adaption of an amazing book.
