great example of a movie with the elements of something borderline unwatchable, saved and made into a compelling thriller by its total comfort with making a hard political statement. it’s weakest in that once you accept “property damage is acceptable,” there’s not much left to chew on, but strongest in that as the movie progresses, the group’s methods and targets become more systemic and less defined by personal vengeance. def a movie made to show a friend you think you can get “on the team”
