  Great debut! I liked this most when it veered towards horror, the scene in the field at night is blood curdling. The nonlinear narrative that creeped in during the second half was inspired, masterful tension building considering we knew, somewhat, what was going to happen. Not as convinced by the Peckinpah-esque last few scenes, though. Would love to see Andrew’s turn his stylistic grittiness to some horror, can imagine him taking on something like Starve Acre or Kill List. Definitely one to watch.
